An employee of the city management company contacted the duty department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol with a statement that while he was performing work to dismantle outdated heating equipment in a multi-story building, a local resident fired several shots in his direction from an object similar to a gas pistol, as a result why he received chemical burns.
The police who arrived at the scene of the incident identified the woman. The victim has been scheduled for a forensic medical examination to determine the severity of his injuries.
