These actions may seem ordinary, but nevertheless they should not go unnoticed. So, today in the hall of honor of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol, a solemn award ceremony took place for an employee of the Main Directorate of the Federal Service for the Suppression of the Federal Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, junior lieutenant of the internal service Zohrab Oganyan and his comrade Mikhail Germanovich, who detained the robber on November 7, 2023 near the public transport stop “Ulitsa” General Khryukin» in Sevastopol.
