It has been preliminarily established that two employees of the regional State Traffic Safety Inspectorate received an illegal monetary reward from a local resident for not bringing them to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules. While carrying out their official duties, the employees established that the driver, driving a Nissan Pathfinder, collided with a Chevrolet Niva parked along the roadway, and then fled the scene of the accident.
