In Sevastopol approved standards for urban design

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The Government of Sevastopol today approved the standards for urban planning. The decision was made at a meeting chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The building density, requirements for the accessibility of social facilities are established. We will plan the KRT, already based on the new rules, and this, of course, is the most important document for the formation of the General Plan , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

As Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Maxim Zhukalov reported, the estimated indicators of Sevastopol are set based on the current provision of the population with objects of regional importance, the actual need of the population for certain services and objects, taking into account the dynamics of socio-economic development, the priorities of urban development of the city, the demographic situation , the standard of living of the population, as well as strategic planning documents for Sevastopol.

Also, the regional standards for urban planning were partially recognized as invalid and the section that establishes the calculated indicators for the intensity of the use of residential areas and population density, as well as the maximum minimum and maximum sizes of land plots, was left in force.

These parameters are related to the requirements of the regulations and should be reflected in the land use and development rules. Considering that the rules for the entire territory of the city of Sevastopol have been approved, it is proposed to leave section two in force , Maxim Zhukalov notes.

He also emphasized that the standards for urban planning were prepared in accordance with the requirements of the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
