In Sevastopol, state traffic inspectors brought an autolady to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules. According to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol, in the course of monitoring social networks, police officers revealed a video showing a gross violation of traffic rules by the driver of a Daewoo Matiz car.
It was established that on June 15, at 12:34 on Rudnev Street, a female driver of a Daewoo car was moving in the opposite direction on a one-way road, creating a danger to other traffic participants. On the fact of the violation, an inspection was carried out by the employees of the State traffic inspectorate, who identified the offender. She turned out to be a 26-year-old local resident, who explained that she mixed up the turn and, in connection with this, ended up on a one-way road.the police said.
In relation to the violator, traffic inspectors drew up a protocol on an administrative offense under Part 3 of Art. 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Traffic in the opposite direction on a one-way road”). The sanction of the article entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 5,000 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months.
