In Sevastopol, awards were awarded to social workers on the eve of a professional holiday

Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev presented awards to social protection workers and employees of public organizations engaged in the social sphere. The ceremony took place on the eve of the professional holiday of the employees of the industry — the day of the social worker.

The ceremony took place in the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the population of the city of Sevastopol.

Work in the social sphere is more than work. People who help others work in the social sphere, always in our country were considered the most merciful, caring, attentive. In our difficult time, these human qualities, the ability to give other people part of their souls is a special value. You do not have it that you just came to work, have completed some functions and left: you let dozens of human stories, problems, help people to cope with their pain in a day. There are wonderful, caring people and real professionals in Sevastopol, all obligations to people are fulfilled clearly, on time, including to participants in a special military operation and their families. Social services for the population, support of elderly citizens, veterans, disabled people, helping children, and personnel issues are dealt with by employees of seven institutions subordinate to the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population: Sevastopol City Complex Center for Social Services, Social Shelter for Children and Teenagers, Sevastopol Boarding House for Narbath, Sevastopol Rehabilitation Center for Children and adolescents with disabilities, the Center for Social Assistance to Family and Children, Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection and the Human Center «Work of Russia» Sevastopol (Employment Center). In these seven institutions, 599 employees work.

Last year, a comprehensive modernization began in the institution of the Russian work “Work of Russia” of Sevastopol: the personnel center was equipped with navigation, organized digital services for interacting with employers and applicants, a coworking zone, a negotiation for employers, a conference room, and a children’s corner.

In the personnel center, an individual approach to each applicant is manifested, including help in retraining, opening your own business or changing the profession. The institution interacts with employers, which allows you to speed up the selection of personnel and quickly close the vacancies.

The personnel center also supports parents with young children, their participants and their families, people with health restrictions.

Based on the results of monitoring the quality of client experience, the employment service of the city of Sevastopol took 5th place of 89 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and 1st place among the 12 regions of the second wave of the project on integrated modernization, this is evidenced by the data of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. According to the level of execution of the requirements of the standard of activity of the employment services of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol took 9th place in the country.

The honorary title “Honored Worker of Social Protection of the Population of the City of Sevastopol” was awarded:
