On Thursday, on the eve of the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, the Leo Tolstoy Central City Library hosted a festive program “The Holy Science of Hearing Each Other”. Children from the Donetsk People’s Republic took part in the event.
For each of us, the family is a safe haven, where we are always loved and expected. It is a talisman, a pantry of knowledge and traditions. It is in the family that the child receives the basics of knowledge about the world around him, and with the high cultural potential of his parents, he develops a taste and aesthetic perception of the world. On the eve of the brightest family holiday, I sincerely wish every family peace, happiness and prosperity, harmony and home comfort. Today’s event is aimed at strengthening the connection between generations and supporting children who came to us from the Donetsk People’s Republic , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Department of Culture Irina Romanets.
The library hosted quizzes, a master class on making chamomile — a symbol of the holiday, a book and illustration exhibition «Family on the pages of works of art», an interactive from the theater workshop «Play», an exhibition of photographs «Families are magically warm». The participants of the event saw the magician’s performance and received prizes: sweets and books. Songs about love, fidelity and family values sounded at the celebration.
