The Department for Property and Land Relations of Sevastopol continues to work on the free provision of land plots to preferential categories of citizens.
To date, land plots have been provided free of charge to 83 citizens, of which 72 citizens belong to the category of «large families», 3 citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, other radiation accidents, nuclear tests and other radiation disasters and incidents, and 8 citizens who were subjected to political repressions and forcibly evicted from their places of residence in connection with repressions and subsequently rehabilitated , — quotes the press service of the director of the department for property and land relations Alexander Ksenofontov.
At the moment, there are 45 people in the queue for the provision of plots.
Recall that land plots are provided from a single list in the order of priority, according to the register of citizens. The plots are located in the village of Osipenko. In accordance with the current regional standards for urban planning, the area of each of them is 600 sq. m. The procedure for granting land in connection with the development of a planning project and a land surveying project for part of the territory in the village of Osipenko was divided into two stages, the first stage included 85 plots.
