In Sevastopol, a training and methodological lesson was held on the topic: «Providing first aid. Providing first psychological aid.»
As part of the training and methodological session, the instructor of the Sevastopol Rescue Service spoke about the algorithm for providing first aid, how to correctly assess the condition of the victim, for which injuries tourniquets and bandages are applied, and reminded about the correct conduct of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
A specialist from the Crimean branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Emergency Psychological Assistance Center of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters» spoke about methods of providing psychological support in stressful situations, distributed booklets on providing psychological assistance and explained where one can turn for psychological assistance in a difficult life situation— the emergency department reported.
The event was attended by more than 40 employees of the service personnel of the city beaches: «Uchkuyevka», «Lyubimovka», «Lyubimovka-2» and SOL «Gorizont».
