In Sevastopol, contract servicemen passed a preliminary professional selection

In Sevastopol, men of all ages come to the selection point for contract servicemen every day. All stages of the recruitment process are clearly and easily explained by qualified instructors at the selection point.

The contract is signed voluntarily and for a fixed period. The requirements are now minimal, everything happens according to a simplified scheme. First of all, it is necessary to pass a medical examination, have a health category «A» or «B», for individual units «C» is allowed. I am a representative of a military dynasty. During the Great Patriotic War, my grandfather became famous, he served as a pilot. My grandfather and father served in the unit in which I will serve, and my mother worked there in a civilian specialty — she was a telegraph operator. So I’ve been in the unit since the age of four. And I also have many friends now in the special operation zone: in intelligence, in air defense, in communications. I can’t stand aside, I love my Motherland very much, — emphasizes Artem.

In the training center, contracted servicemen receive monetary allowances in the amount of 30 to 45 thousand rubles, when concluding a contract for a period of one year — a lump sum of 195 thousand rubles. In the zone of a special military operation, depending on the military rank, position and length of service, the monetary allowance for contract soldiers is from 170 to 200 thousand rubles; for the destruction or seizure of weapons and military equipment of the enemy — from 50 thousand to 1 million rubles; for each km of advancement in the composition of assault detachments — 50 thousand rubles. There are also daily payments for participation in active offensive operations — 8 thousand rubles.

Recall that military personnel are provided with about 15 social benefits and guarantees, including those received by participants in the special operation: service housing or compensation for renting housing, life and health insurance, credit and tax holidays, additional benefits and guarantees of subjects of the Russian Federation, and others.

To enter the military service under a contract, you need to prepare the following documents: an autobiography and a questionnaire (the form is posted on the website), a passport, a military ID, a document on education, a certificate of marriage and birth of children.
