In Sevastopol, control over compliance with fire safety rules in forests has been strengthened

Employees of the Sevastopol Forestry, together with the police, strengthened control over compliance by citizens with fire safety rules in forests. They held an event in the Ternovo district forestry, during the conversation explained to the citizens about the prevention of violation of forest legislation, shared leaflets on fire -fighting topics.
Sevastopol Forestry holds conversations with residents of garden partnerships, which directly border the forest. Large fines are provided if citizens do not carry out fire fighting measures in their areas: you should remove dry grass, garbage, fallen leaves, do not burn the grass in personal plots, keep a container with water or a fire extinguisher. Violation of fire rules entails the punishment, -quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol by the district state inspector for the protection of forests of the Sevastopol forestry of Nikolai Reshetnik.
For violation of the rules, fines are provided: for citizens from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles, for violations in the forest 15,000 — 30,000 rubles. For violations of fire safety rules, attracting a fire in the forest, criminal liability and imprisonment from 3 to 10 years are provided, as well as a fine of 300,000 to 3,000,000 rubles.
Recall, from April 1, a fire hazardous season began in Sevastopol:
— increased the risk of natural fires;
— It is forbidden to use open fire in the forests and in the surrounding territories;
— Operational services work on readiness.
