Krympress reports:
The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol, based on the results of monitoring the Internet, identified sites on which pornographic information is freely available.
The distribution of such materials is prohibited in accordance with Art. 4 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Mass Media”, as well as the Federal Law “On the Protection of Children from Information causing harm to their health and development”. In order to protect the rights of citizens, including minors, the district prosecutor of the district to the Leninsky District Court of the city of Sevastopol sent 4 administrative claims on the recognition of this information prohibited for distribution in the Russian Federation. Applications are in full, decisions were sent to Roskomnadzor to take measures to limit access to sites-said in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.
The execution of court decisions is under the control of the district prosecutor’s office.
