In Sevastopol, Denis Zhidkov became the winner of the second regional stage of the competition “People’s Precinct Officer — 2024”

Residents of Sevastopol chose the most “people’s” district police officer, who will represent the hero city of Sevastopol in the finals of the All-Russian competition at the federal level. According to the results of the online voting, which took place on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol from October 7 to 16, the winner was the senior local police commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nakhimovsky district, senior police lieutenant Denis Zhidkov, for whom 3,876 city residents voted.
Second place was taken by the district commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Gagarinsky district, senior police lieutenant Yulia Bochkova (428 votes). Third place – local police commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Leninsky district, senior police lieutenant Viktor Shiba (207 votes).
The management characterizes Denis Zhidkov as a conscientious, responsible and qualified police officer. His contact and attention to each individual case of citizens are especially noted. A senior police lieutenant is also distinguished by his ability to navigate well in a complex environment, quickly assess situations that arise, and make the right decisions.
The winner of the second regional stage of the competition is 34 years old. He has been serving in the internal affairs bodies since 2018, including five years in the service of district commissioners.
The senior police lieutenant considers his main professional achievement to be the respect of the people in the area he serves, which he managed to earn through his integrity and responsibility over 5 years of work. It is important for Denis Zhidkov to know that citizens trust him and will turn to him for help when needed. He believes that a policeman must conscientiously carry out his service both day and night.
The winner will represent the hero city of Sevastopol at the All-Russian stage and along with colleagues from other constituent entities of Russia and will compete for the prestigious title of “People’s Precinct Officer” of the country.
Residents of Sevastopol will be able to support senior police lieutenant Denis Zhidkov on the portal of the competition’s information partner, the Komsomolskaya Pravda publishing house, starting from November 1. The awarding and presentation of the main prize of the All-Russian competition «People’s Precinct Police Officer — 2024» will take place at the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs on the eve of the professional holiday — the Day of the Precinct Police Commissioner, which is celebrated on November 17.
