The Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol adopted the General Plan of the city for the estimated period of 20 years, said Governor Mikhail Podvozhaev.
Today, at a session of the Legislative Assembly, one of the most important laws for Sevastopol is adopted in two readings. The General Plan of Sevastopol was developed for the calculation period of 20 years with the first queue of implementation until 2030, — He wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to the governor, the general plan includes the Regulation on the territorial planning and map of the planned placement of social, transport, engineering infrastructure facilities, the improvement of public spaces, the emergency prevention, and the management of production and consumption waste.
At the same time, the general plan does not apply to the existing actual use of land plots, Pravozhaev pointed out.
Specialists of the Institute of General Plan of Moscow worked on the development of the document. General Plan was considered by members of the Town Planning Council, experts, deputies, representatives of municipalities and resource -supplying organizations, and residents of the city.
The mayor added that during public discussions, the Sevastopol residents put forward more than 3600 proposals. After refinement, the project was agreed with the federal authorities.
