In the agreement on the integrated development of the territory, it is proposed to fix the possibility of transferring to the state ownership of Sevastopol free of charge after the completion of construction of at least 5% of residential premises in apartment buildings, the construction of which will be carried out in accordance with the agreement at the expense of such a person.
The corresponding draft resolution was prepared by the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. The document amends the decree of the government of Sevastopol dated ..2021 No. 33-PP «On the procedure for the integrated development of territories in the city of Sevastopol». It is assumed that the area of apartments to be transferred to the state ownership of the city of Sevastopol should be at least 33 sq.m and not more than 72 sq.m, unless otherwise provided by the apartment building of an apartment building, agreed with the capital construction department , — notes «Sevastopolskaya Gazeta» .
In the future, this condition is to be included in the agreement on the integrated development of the territory.
