A resolution of the Government of Sevastopol was adopted, which will allow entrepreneurs to be exempted from rent for summer terraces.

We analyzed the appeals of representatives of the catering sector. Despite the removal of covid restrictions, as well as the introduction of the first package of support measures by the operational headquarters, the revenue of public catering enterprises in the second quarter 2022 of the year decreased. According to the adopted document, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are exempt from rent for summer terraces from June 1 to 31 December 2022 of the year. In addition, during this period, fines and penalties for late payment under the contracts will also not be charged.

Recall that the total amount of support under the first package of regional measures only in 2022–2023 years. will amount to 223, 1 million rubles, and annual benefits at reduced rental rates will lead to savings for enterprises in the amount of 223, 7 million rubles.
