The decrease in the average price in the new fund is due to a change in the supply structure in favor of cities with cheaper housing.

The most expensive objects with an area of 100 sq. m in the secondary market in July 2023 were found in Moscow (88 million rubles on average, + 4% per year), St. Petersburg (32 million rubles, -2% per year), Sochi (30 million rubles, -1% per year) and Kazan (19 million rubles, +9% per year).
