CrimeaPRESS reports:

In Sevastopol from 5 to 20 July, the «Archipelago 2022» will be held — an annual design and educational intensive for developers, entrepreneurs, regions and universities that develop projects in the field of new technologies. The event is organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Government of Sevastopol, autonomous non-profit organizations «NTI Platform» and «University 2035», as well as the NTI Project Support Fund.

Archipelago 2022 is one of the key events for our region this year. Representatives of business, government, development institutions, leading universities of the country and industry experts will meet at one site to work in the field of technologies promising for the country. In the new conditions of the development of the state, it is important to collect all innovative solutions and start implementing them , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Vice-Governor Maria Litovko.

The purpose of the intensive is to provide super-accelerated growth and support for projects, teams and companies in the field of promising and critical technologies for the country with their introduction into the real economy.

This year, at Archipelago, we are working on the near future, on the agenda for the accelerated launch and scaling of our technological, managerial, and scientific reserves. In order to prepare university teams for launching acceleration programs, to train trackers and mentors accompanying student startups, a series of preparatory events will start before the start of the intensive, and during it will continue,” said the rector of the NTI University 150 Nina Yanykina.

In the intensive program:

1. Accelerator «Archipelago 2022», which will help participants refine a technology startup, as well as give them a chance to receive a grant for the launch and development of the project. 100 teams will take part in the full-time part of the intensive.

2. The business program will bring together representatives of business, government, development institutions, leading universities of the country, opinion leaders and industry experts. They will work out and design solutions for the most pressing problems of scientific, technological, social and regional development in the new economic conditions.

3. The Acceleration School will prepare university teams to launch a network of university accelerators in the country aimed at super-mass support and development of start-ups. The program will be attended by vice-rectors, heads of departments and masters of technology.

4. As part of the track «Designing Network Products and Digital Solutions», teams of universities will work on the creation of partnership projects, including with leading technology companies of NTI. Work will be carried out to create and develop educational products, including those related to sovereign Russian technologies.

There will also be an exhibition #RealFuture — a new format for presenting innovations, a conversation about the future of Russian technologies and lifestyle in general. Exhibitors will present their projects to potential clients, partners and investors, and will be able to test drive the product at the audience of the event.
