In Sevastopol, in Cossack Bay, a multifunctional cultural and leisure center is being built

CrimeaPRESS reports:

On April 12, Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev held an off-site working meeting at the construction site in Cossack Bay. Here, as part of the socio-economic development program of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, a multifunctional cultural and leisure center is being built.

The center is located next to a school and kindergarten, within walking distance from residential buildings. There will be an auditorium with 400 seats, a library, a cafe for visitors, rooms for clubs and sections. There will also be a summer terrace and parking for visitors next to the Moscow Children’s Cultural Center.

We have already built many facilities — schools, clinics, kindergartens — but this is the first time we are building such a center. Moreover, such concert halls have not been built in Sevastopol since Soviet times. Construction of the center is progressing at a good pace, everything is on schedule, and we plan that the work will be completed by the end of the year. I am sure that our creative groups will be happy to give concerts here, and residents of Cossack Bay and other areas will be able to attend sections and clubs at the International Children’s Cultural Center— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the city.

Mikhail Razvozhaev noted that the project provides for large-scale improvement of the territory: the area adjacent to the International Children’s Cultural Center will be landscaped, and a new park will be built here.
