The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for Sevastopol warns: a storm warning has been announced, very heavy rain is expected in Sevastopol today.
According to the Sevastopol Center for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, on the evening of April 28, weather conditions are expected to worsen in the region. By 18:00 — 21:00, the amount of precipitation can reach a value of 30 millimeters or more — this is the monthly norm of precipitation. In the conditions of the announced storm warning, you should refrain from visiting the street. With heavy rainfall, clogging of storm drains, flooding of areas located in the lowlands, basements and basement floors can occur. Take care of yourself, pay attention to the safety of children, the elderly and sick people— noted in the press service of the emergency department.
