The Government of Sevastopol, during a meeting chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, approved the procedures for providing subsidies to non-profit organizations in the tourism industry.

Today we are accepting important clarifications, because there are organizations that find it difficult to prepare the necessary package of documents and very timely, the Department of Economic Development has simplified the procedure for receiving payments so that as many entrepreneurs involved in the tourism sector as possible can receive these support measures. For obvious reasons, the industry is not at its peak right now and our task is to support the business at this stage. Sevastopol has previously petitioned the federal level to increase funding for the tourism assistance program. The Governor of Sevastopol appealed to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko with a request to consider the possibility of allocating funds for this support measure next year and increasing funding for the city of Sevastopol, because. the tourism industry is the most affected in the current season.
