In the village of Kacha on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street, 48, a major renovation of the polyclinic of city hospital No. 4 is underway. The main building of the facility is two-story with a total area of ​​849 square meters. m. The institution is designed for 220 visits per shift.

The overhaul of the medical outpatient clinic is being carried out within the framework of an agreement with the Moscow Government. According to the concluded contracts, not only will the clinic building itself be renovated, but also the surrounding area will be comprehensively landscaped. Together with representatives of the contractor and customer, as well as the head physician of city hospital No. 4, Dmitry Lozhkin, we regularly go to the construction site to resolve relevant issues and monitor the timing of repairs. Now the work has picked up a good pace and is on schedule. Completion of the repairs is scheduled for the end of this year, and then the facility will be transferred to the balance holder for licensing procedures– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the capital construction department Ivan Pogodin.

The overhaul project plans to update floors, walls, partitions, stairs; electrical installation work will also be performed, replacement of all utility networks, window units, installation of new plumbing, connection of communication networks, internal and above-ground gas pipelines, measures to ensure access for people with limited mobility to the site, and much more. . The major repair work is being carried out by the contractor Demetra.

About 14 construction workers are involved in the work every day. At the clinic, dismantling work and supply of materials are being completed, walls are being repaired and plastered, ceiling panels are being installed, and the engineering part of the work continues. Construction readiness is about 30%notes project manager Alexander Dobylev.

In the adjacent territory, it is planned to update external electrical and water supply systems, drainage systems, install small architectural forms, and fences.

Last year in Kutch we commissioned modular kindergarten No. 103. The facility is designed for 260 pupils and opened its doors in March of this year. In addition, last year a physical culture and health complex with a universal games room, designed for 80 athletes and 30 spectators, was commissioned and began operating. These two facilities were built thanks to funds from the state program for the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol.
