In 2024, the Sevastopol social fund department issued 32,995 technical rehabilitation products for a total of over 27.7 million rubles.

These can be a variety of products that facilitate everyday life: strollers, prostheses, canes and crutches, orthopedic shoes and devices for dressing or capturing objects, reading devices, hearing aids, — said the manager of the Department of SFR in Sevastopol Elena Gayvoronskaya.

Since 2025, you can get a rehabilitation means in two ways: submit an application to the SSR department for Sevastopol and wait for the necessary product in kind or draw up an electronic certificate and pay for the selected tool.

Families who have a certificate for maternity capital can use it for social adaptation and rehabilitation of children with disabilities. This helps parents compensate for the costs of specialized goods, including functional chairs, lifts, beds with adjustment, computers, tactile displays.
