In Sevastopol, outdoor video surveillance cameras recorded the illegal activities of two young people. The guys distributed advertisements for channels that sell drugs. The attackers applied drawings on Gogol Street using a spray can of paint. The director of the Sevastopol City Department, Yevgeny Gorlov, published a video on his Telegram channel and said that they were already looking for violators of the law:
