In Sevastopol, military veterans of the Northern Military District and members of their families were able to undergo medical examination
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On the eve of World Health Day, an in-depth medical examination was carried out for military veterans of the Northern Military District and their family members. The event took place within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the Sevastopol branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and the city health department. The clinical examination was carried out at the clinic No. 2 of City Hospital No. 1.
Medical examination of special operation veterans will allow us to identify diseases at the initial stage, thereby the necessary medical care will be provided to our Northern Military District veterans in a timely manner— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the deputy head for medical support of the fund’s branch, Nikolai Mankov.
Today, about 50 veterans and family members of SVO participants took part in the Health Day.
I was invited to a medical examination by the social coordinator of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation. I always try to go to the clinic on my own if I have any health concerns, but since we organized a separate Health Day, of course I came. Everything is very well organized, there is a patient route sheet, it is clear which specialist and which office to contact. What I want to note: today they organized for us not just a medical examination, but also an appointment with specialized specialists, who, for example, cannot be seen without a referral from a therapist. And this time everything was done in one day, tests, ECG, and doctors — it’s very convenient. You can feel the care of the foundation and the interest of the hospital. Thanks to the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and City Hospital No. 1 for organizing thissays the combat veteran.
Such medical examinations for veterans of special military operations will continue.
