In Sevastopol, notifications on the provision of land plots were sent to the first participants of the NWO and their families

Today, at an operational meeting chaired by Mikhail Razvozhaev, the situation was discussed regarding the provision of state-owned Sevastopol land plots to the participants of the NWO and family members of the deceased participants in the NWO. Recall that land plots are provided free of charge in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the city of Sevastopol. The Department for Property and Land Relations forms a queue taking into account constantly incoming applications. At present, there are 5,091 members of the SVO, family members of the deceased participants of the SVO, on the register. On behalf of the Governor, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning has developed documentation on the planning of the territory in the area of ​​the village of Osipenko.

On Friday, I was informed that the mailing of letters to the participants of the NWO, members of their families regarding the distribution of land plots was completed, personal work should begin this week. I ask you to approach this work responsibly and not delay the processes.– quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

In accordance with the territory planning documentation, measures were taken to register 447 land plots for cadastral registration for subsequent provision to the participants of the NWO, family members of the deceased participants in the NWO. In the period from August 14 to August 18, 447 participants in the SVO were sent, in order of priority, notifications on the choice of a land plot indicating the cadastral number of the land plot. On behalf of the governor, the department for property and land relations has equipped a room (assembly hall) with relevant graphic materials for the applicants to familiarize themselves with.

Starting today, the specialists of the department, in turn, invite (by informing by phone) participants of the NWO, family members of the deceased participants of the NWO to the Department of Property and Land Relations for paperwork. If a person has received a notification and everything suits him, then he must express written consent to the provision of a free site.

A citizen or his representative, acting on the basis of a power of attorney, within 30 calendar days from the date of sending him a notification, submits to the authorized body or to the institution «Digital Sevastopol — MFC in the city of Sevastopol» of his choice in writing an application for consent to acquire a land plot property free of charge or refusal to purchase it.

After the issuance of the order, the department for property and land relations independently, without the participation of applicants, sends the right for registration. After registration of the right, letters will be sent to the applicant with the application of the administrative act and an extract from the USRN confirming the ownership of the land.

The governor also instructed to work out the option of submitting consent to the provision of land through public services.

Mikhail Razvozhaev also noted that about 1,000 of the following plots are now in operation, and as soon as the status of the land is decided, the formation of land plots will continue for their subsequent provision to the participants of the NWO, family members of the deceased participants in the NWO.
