Special requirements apply to those whose sections border on the Sevastopol forestry.

We have more than a thousand such areas and the owners must comply with fire safety requirements. First of all, it is necessary to clean the area of ​​the site of combustible materials, dry residues. The width of the cleaned strip should be at least 10 meters. We work closely with adjacent land users, we conduct an examination of the territory— said Yulia Gavrilova.

In the event of violations, we work together with the prosecution authorities: either voluntarily a person eliminates everything that he built illegally, or decide in a judicial proceeding— notes the head of the relevant department.
