Today is indeed a very important public holiday — the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Two years ago, we adopted amendments to our Constitution. Our country answered the question of what Russia is and why we have our own way, what values we have and what values we will always have. The Department of Migration on Parshina Street, is the only multifunctional center for providing state services. From December, the Office switched to a seven-day mode of operation. The new mode of operation of the migration departments was introduced due to an increase in the number of people who apply for passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation. Pavel Gishchenko noted that in November alone, more than 1 39 citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territory of Kherson and Zaporozhye regions applied to Sevastopol to obtain Russian passports.
