The construction of the sports complex is at the final stage. The contractor promises to finish the construction ahead of schedule — in October, although the contract deadline is December of this year. The new sports complex is two-story, for people with limited mobility, an inclined stair lift is provided. On the ground floor there will be a multi-purpose game room with dressing rooms, showers and bathrooms, a vestibule with a wardrobe, a medical unit, and a cafe. On the second — a gym and a general physical training room with dressing rooms, showers and bathrooms, coaches’ rooms and a classroom. According to the official, the complex is intended for sports and recreation classes, training and local level competitions in basketball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, futsal, ring tennis.

Sports and recreation complex will be able to accommodate 94 spectators, more than 80 people will be able to work out in sports halls at the same time. It can be both professional sportsmen and all willing residents of the city, for whom it is planned to provide a system of social support.

Today, the finishing of the sports hall is being completed, the rest of the premises have been completed in full. Engineering is also ready at 100%. At the same time, we install technological equipment. By the end of September, we plan to complete all the work and reach the commissioning of the facility , — emphasizes the executive director of the contractor Eldar Abelkasimov.

The project also provides for the improvement of the adjacent territory — paving of sidewalks, installation of pedestrian paths, recreation areas covered with concrete paving slabs, sports grounds covered with rubber tiles, parking at 94 places.

The work is carried out by the contracting organization Teplostroyservis. Contract price — 356, 8 million rubles.
