In Sevastopol, parents systematically beat their young children. The prosecutor's office became interested in the life of the family

The prosecutor of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol Dmitry Reich approved the indictment in the criminal case against a 29-year-old woman and her 32-year-old roommate.

Together they are accused of paragraphs. “A”, “G”, “E” of Part 2 of Art. 117 of the Criminal Code (torture). In addition, the woman is accused under Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non -fulfillment of the obligations to educate a minor), and the man — under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities). According to investigators, the accused, living in an apartment on the street. General Zhidilov, systematically defeated two young girls born in 2014 and 2019 and a young boy born in 2018 At the same time, the woman is the mother of all three children, and the man is the biological father of the two younger ones. In the summer of 2024, attackers once again beat and strangled the older girl, but she managed to run out of the apartment. On the street, a beaten child attracted the attention of neighbors who called the police and ambulance.

Instead of taking care of her children, the mother abused alcohol, did not ensure the care of the children, and the upbringing brought up to the use of physical violence. The family attracted attention not only with brutal handling with her daughters and son, but also as an asocial way of life. In June 2024, the neighbors called the police outfit in connection with the noisy behavior of the accused. During the proceedings, the “head of the family” began to behave aggressively, approached the police officer with a knife and expressed a threat of violence,-the details of the case in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol were voiced.

The result of this behavior was the initiation of a criminal case and the transfer of children under the custody of a relative.

The investigation was conducted by the investigative department in the Nakhimovsky district of the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

The district prosecutor’s office sent a criminal case with the approved indictment in the Nakhimovsky District Court of Sevastopol for consideration on the merits.
