In Sevastopol, on behalf of Governor Mikhail Podvozhaev, preparations for the overhaul of the retaining walls on Admiral Oktyabrsky Street began. From tomorrow, Schmidt and Demidov streets will be blocked.
Recall that these streets will become the main ways of detour at the time, while overdoor walls are overhaul. Now they need to be prepared for this load.
Due to this:
- From February 4, travel along the streets of Schmidt and Demidov will be blocked for repairs;
- Schmidt Street will be blocked from the intersection with Schwartz Street to the intersection with Kerch Street;
- Demidov Street will be blocked from house number 14 in the area of intersection with Kerch Street to the intersection with Lomonosov Street;
- You will find schemes of blocked sections and detours on cards in the carousel;
- On Schmidt and Demidov, specialists will remove the paving stones and lay down the concrete base for traveling;
- After the concrete base is laid, traveling through the streets will be opened again: when the repair of retaining walls begins, traffic flows will take place here;
- The dismantled paving stones will be taken to the sites of Sevtodor, and after the repair of the retaining wall is over, it will be returned to its place.
Today at the hardware meeting, the acting Deputy Pavel Alexandrovich Yeno prepare understandable schemes of public transport. Given that the street of Admiral Oktyabrsky will be closed from February 17 and the routes will change — people should know in advance how buses and trolleybuses will go. It will be necessary to take into account feedback from people — if we understand that we need adjustments, we will promptly make them,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.
Dates will not be transferred. In two weeks, everything necessary will be prepared and specialists will begin work on the spot.
