An apartment building for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing is located in the area of ​​​​Raenko and Malinovsky streets in Inkerman.

The event is implemented at the expense of the program «Housing», it is intended for the resettlement of citizens from houses recognized as emergency. Currently, a retaining wall is being installed at the facility, the walls and partitions of the building are being plastered, the roof and walkways are being installed, engineering systems and the facade are being installed, as well as internal finishing work.

In May, we began to carry out work on the redevelopment of apartments, at present, landscaping, facade work, finishing and general construction are being carried out. Work is progressing according to schedule, the facility is scheduled to be put into operation this year. The apartments will be finished, plumbing, double-circuit gas boilers will be installed. Children’s and sports grounds, as well as parking for cars will be located on the adjacent territory, — says Vladimir Gorelov, head of the contractor company.

The work is being carried out by the contracting organization Alfa Group Contracting, construction is planned to be completed in December 2022 of the year. The readiness of the object is 45%, the price of the contract is 147, 6 million rubles

Recall that today, within the framework of the subprograms of the state program of Sevastopol «Housing», 484 people from 45 residential premises are subject to resettlement from emergency housing stock.
