In Sevastopol, rents have increased since June

City government decree No. 188-PP on changes to the amount of fees for the maintenance of residential premises was published on May 3, but somehow went unnoticed. And it came into effect after 10 days. Consequently, the amount for the maintenance of the common property of the apartment building in the accounts of Sevastopol residents for June 2024 will be different. According to rough estimates, the increase was 7%. And in the “Recalculation” column the additional accrual will be indicated for 18 days of May — from the moment the resolution came into effect. Tariffs, as before, vary depending on the number of floors of buildings and the degree of their amenities — the presence of an elevator, garbage chute, etc.— reports «Sevastopol newspaper».

The amounts in the new payments may seem even less to some. For example, the tariff for servicing a 10-story building with an elevator will be 16.35 rubles. per sq.m., and previously it was 19.97 rubles. But there is no reduction. It’s just that now elevator maintenance and repair services have been excluded from the tariff. A separate line will appear for them in the invoice.

Let us remind you that other utility tariffs will also rise in the second half of the year. From July 1, 2024, cold water supply and sewerage will become more expensive by 10.6%, heating by 9%, electricity by 8.7%, but garbage removal by only 3%.
