In Sevastopol, roads are put in order: repairs began in quality

Sevastopol road workers began laying the asphalt on the road from Polina Osipenko Street to Kokhshkina Street in Kec. This was told by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. The road with a length of 295 meters is being repaired by the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.

The contracting organization has already completed the development of soil with loading and removal, the device of the base from crushed stone-sand mixture on the roadway. Now the road workers are laid the lower layer of asphalt concrete coating, after which they will start laying the upper layer of asphalt and the sealing of the roadsides. It is planned to complete the work within a month.

The Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport infrastructure is approached by repairs of city roads comprehensively. In total, in 2025, as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, it is planned to repair 62 roads and one bridge. Road workers work ahead of pace. To date, the repair is completed on 20 roads with a total length of 14.2 km. On seven roads, work is going on right now.

The implementation of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” is designed until 2030.
