In Sevastopol, State Traffic Inspectorate officers detained a persistent traffic violator and fine evader

In Sevastopol, traffic police inspectors stopped a Nissan car driven by a 35-year-old driver. During a document check, traffic inspectors established that the car owner had unpaid administrative fines totaling 85 thousand 500 rubles, of which for traffic violations – totaling 40 thousand rubles.

FSSP officers were called to the scene of the arrest and offered the debtor to pay administrative fines. Since the request of the bailiffs on the day of detention was not fulfilled, the vehicle was seized and sent to a specialized parking lot.— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.

Let us remind you that according to Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, administrative fines for violations of traffic rules of the Russian Federation can be paid with a 50% discount within 20 days from the date of the decision. Part 1 of Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation establishes that the total period for voluntary payment of a fine is 60 days from the date the resolution enters into legal force.
