In Sevastopol, the architectural and art council approved two projects of modular hotels
Krympress reports:
The architectural and artistic council of Sevastopol examined four projects of modular hotels. Two projects received approval, two — rejected. Approved projects will be submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development to receive grants for the implementation of tourist initiatives.
The main issue that arose during the discussion of projects was the lack of binding to the terrain and layout of the modules. Council members emphasized the importance of providing complete information about the planned placement of objects, including the planning organization schemes of the territory.
The project of the recreation center “Adventure Valley”, which involves the placement of a modular hotel on a land plot with the type of permitted use “agricultural use”, was refused approval. Questions arose regarding the conformity of the project of urban planning documentation and potential negative impact on the environment. The two-story arrangement of the modules also caused criticism due to the created sensation of the “anthill” and the lack of proper integration with the natural landscape.
Two projects related to the placement of modular hotels on the territory of existing recreation centers in Kacha and Lyubimovka were approved taking into account the comments. It is noted that applicants for these projects undertake to carry out the improvement of the territory at their own expense.
The speaker on the issue of the modular structure in the territory of Laspi did not take part in the meeting of the Council. The project was rejected.
