In Sevastopol, the builder took the boss’s phone-because of the hitch in wages. There will now be free work

Krympress reports:

The attacker was a 31-year-old local resident who, having not received a salary on time, decided to pick up a mobile phone from the boss before enrolling the money.

It was established that the 44-year-old foreman offered his previously convicted acquaintance work at the construction site, to which he agreed with pleasure. A month later, when a newly made employee had to receive a material reward for his work, he did not receive money to the account, then the man went to the authorities to find out the reason. The persuasion of a friend that a small hitch occurred and soon the salary would be credited, did not arrange an attacker and he decided to act radically. The builder took the boss’s mobile phone worth 7 thousand rubles and said that he would return him only after receiving the salary. The victim turned to the police,-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

The district police officer of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Leninsky district promptly detained the suspect, and also seized him a mobile phone, which he took from a British friend.

Now, a criminal case has been instituted against the builder by the inquiry department under Part 1 of Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Arcting». The sanction of the article provides for the punishment in the form of compulsory work for up to four hundred eighty hours, or correctional labor for a period of up to two years.
