In Sevastopol, the building of the former Kozhwednspaner will be demolished — for the sake of laying a car tunnel

The website of the Department of Architecture posted a project for the planning and land surveying of the territories that will be used in the construction of the tunnel and reconstruction of the road on General Petrov St., on the site from the Ochakovtsev St. to the Khrustalny Cultural Clostee St. The project mentions buildings and structures that fall into the zones of the influence of the construction of the tunnel, relating to different years of construction and having a different degree of physical wear.

Most buildings, even in disrepair, will not be demolished. For example, the outbuilding at 55 Kirpichnaya St.. In contrast to it, non -residential premises for a private trader will go under demolition, 66. From 2017, the buildings are empty and are in a clearly abandoned and technically emergency state.

Initially, there was an apartment building. And in the post-war period, a medical institution was located there, namely the skin-venereological dispensary, and in the Ukrainian-a private medical center and a clinic.

Since 2017, the city authorities have unexpected plans for the further fate of the building: they decided to reconstruct it and Place a children’s art school in it. And the appointment of a land plot was even changed from “medical” to “cultural development”.

However, the idea of ​​placing the artist in the former Wendypenser did not appeal to either the school principal or the parents of the students, and they refused it.

For several years, the building somehow dilapidated very quickly … Now it was decided to demolish it because of the possible uncontrolled collapse of parts of structures in case of deformation during the work on the construction of the tunnel, which, by the way, will be laid at a depth of more than 17 meters.

Another detail is the cadastral value of the site of six hundred parts, on which the building itself is located and three more auxiliary buildings of the former Wendid Resiner, in fact, in the center of Sevastopol is only 1.8 million rubles. And in neighboring sections in two hundred parts — from 2.5 to seven million rubles.
