In Sevastopol, the case went to the court on the fact of fraud with lands with a total value of more than 197 million rubles

The prosecutor’s office of the city of Sevastopol approved the indictment in the criminal case against the 40-year-old resident of Sevastopol.
He is accused of 35 episodes of criminal activity under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on an especially large scale) and under part 3 p. 30 — part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (attempted fraud on an especially large scale).
According to the investigation, the man collected a number of false documents on the allocation of land plots from the property in the area of the Garden Partnership “Cape” on Cape Fiolent actually non-existent serving cooperative “Daching and Building Cooperative Cape Elena”. Using these documents, he appealed to the Balaklava District Court of Sevastopol to recognize the ownership of land for land for his criminal intentions by citizens, and then to Sevreestr for registration. Thus, he managed to register 17 sites. Judicial decisions in another 18 sites were canceled on the appeals of the Government of Sevastopol before registration of property rights-noted in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.
The area of each site was from 500 to 1000 square meters. m, and their total value is over 197 million rubles.
The investigation was carried out by the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
The criminal case with the approved prosecutor’s office was sent to the Balaklava District Court of Sevastopol by the indictment.
Currently, all plots have been returned to the state property of the city of Sevastopol.
