In Sevastopol, the composition of the Public Council under the Directorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia is being formed

The Department of the Federal Tax Service for the city of Sevastopol announces the beginning of the procedure for the formation of a new composition of the Public Council, in connection with the upcoming expiration of the term of office of the Public Council of the previous composition.
The task of the Public Council is to assist the tax authorities of the city of Sevastopol in ensuring the protection and coordination of the interests of citizens, public associations, organizations, government bodies to resolve issues in the field of taxation. According to its status, it is a permanent consultative and advisory body that operates on a voluntary basis.
The composition of the Public Council is formed through the procedure of nominating candidates by public associations and other organizations whose purpose is to represent or protect public interests in the field of activity of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol.
The following requirements are established for public associations and other non-governmental non-profit organizations that have the right to nominate candidates for members of the Public Council, and for candidates for membership in the Public Council:
a) is registered and operates on the territory of the city of Sevastopol;
b) has a period of activity of at least 3 years from the moment of state registration at the time of the announcement of the competition;
c) is not in the process of liquidation;
d) carries out activities within the authority of the Department;
e) has goals and activities corresponding to the activities of the Department.
f) experience in social activities, including in the area of the Federal Tax Service.
Candidates to the Public Council must meet the following requirements:
a) have the citizenship of the Russian Federation and are over 21 years of age;
b) have at least 1 year of experience in the field of activity of the Department;
c) do not have a conflict of interest related to the activities of a member of the Public Council.
Cannot be nominated as candidates for members of the Public Council:
a) persons who, in accordance with the Federal law dated April 4, 2005 No. 32-FZ “On the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation” cannot be members of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation;
b) persons appointed to their position by the head of the Department under which the Public Council operates;
c) persons who at the time of nomination are already members of the public council under the federal executive body, with the exception of persons who are members of the public council under the federal executive body, to which they are repeatedly nominated. Persons who are members of public councils under other federal executive bodies may be nominated as a candidate for a public council, subject to a written commitment to withdraw from the membership of public councils under other federal executive bodies if the said persons are approved as members of the public council.
The term of office of members of the Public Council is three years from the date of the first meeting of the newly formed Public Council.
In accordance with the formation procedure:
The Public Council is formed on the basis of voluntary participation in its activities of citizens of the Russian Federation. Organizations and individuals are sent to the Department of the Federal Tax Service for the city of Sevastopol (postal address: 299011, Sevastopol, Kulakov St., 56 or email address: r9200@.tax.gov.en) letter on the nomination of candidates for members of the Public Council, which indicates the last name, first name, patronymic of the candidate, his date of birth, information about the candidate’s place of work, citizenship, his compliance with the requirements for candidates for members of the Public Council, as well as the absence of restrictions for entry to the Community Council. The letter of nomination must be accompanied by:
— curriculum vitae with information about the labor and social activities of the candidate, contact details of the candidate (telephone, e-mail address);
— written agreement the candidate to become a member of the Public Council and to post the submitted information about the candidate on the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia;
— the candidate’s written consent to the disclosure of the specified information in another way for the purpose of public discussion of candidates for members of the Public Council, as well as to the processing of the candidate’s personal data by the Office.
Documents must be submitted Not later 12 May 2023 of the year.
Late submission of documents or their incomplete submission is the basis for refusal to consider the submitted candidature. Within 10 calendar days from the date of the deadline for receiving information on the nomination of candidates for members of the Public Council, the Department forms a consolidated list of nominated candidates. Based on the results of public discussion, the composition of the Public Council is approved by a departmental act.
