In Sevastopol, the court arrested a man who is accused of murder — this is how the Podoka ended in ST MUSSON

The prosecutor’s office of the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol supported the investigator’s request to choose a preventive measure in a criminal case against the 49-year-old Sevastopol. He is accused under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder) and part 3 of Art. 30 — p. «A» part 2 of Art. 105 (attempt to kill two persons).

According to investigators, in the evening of February 12, 2025, being at home in the Musson garden partnership, the accused drank alcohol with a man and a woman from a neighboring house, and with his roommate. During the joint time, the accused quarreled with the guests. He decided to prove correctness not with words, but with physical strength. The man took a brick and inflicted numerous blows to them on the head to both neighbors. Due to the resulting bodily injuries, a 45-year-old woman died on the spot. Doctors fight for the life of a 36-year-old man, he is hospitalized in serious condition, -reported in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.

The employees of the Russian Guard quickly detained the attacker. The investigation is conducted by the territorial body of the Investigative Committee.

Given the position of the prosecutor’s office of the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol, the court chose the accused preventive measure in the form of a detention. The criminal investigation continues and is under the control of the prosecutor’s office.

Also, the district prosecutor’s office controlled the execution of the rights of a 14-year-old daughter, who remained with the deceased woman. Currently, the child is transferred to his father.
