In the second half of the year in Russia, the pace of withdrawal of new projects in the primary real estate market slowed down. In this way, developers regulate the proposal in response to market conditions — an increased credit load and the lower activity of customers after the completion of the mass preferential mortgage. The market drivers remain preferential state programs, installments from developers, as well as alternative transactions when buying an apartment in a new building is funded by selling secondary housing.
