During traffic supervision, employees of the OSR traffic police department of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Sevastopol stopped a Mercedes-Benz car driven by a 37-year-old driver. During a document check, traffic inspectors found that the owner of the foreign car had unpaid administrative fines totaling 110 thousand rubles. As it turned out, the man was driving a car with foreign registration plates and regularly violated traffic rules, in particular exceeding the speed limit. 66 administrative materials were drawn up against the driver under Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
