In Sevastopol, the employer was brought to administrative liability — by order of the military prosecutor

Based on the results of an inspection of the implementation of anti-corruption legislation, the military prosecutor’s office of military unit 90935 opened a case against the transport company for an administrative offense under Article 19.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (illegal employment of a former civil servant).
It was established that a former military man, who previously held a position subject to restrictions and prohibitions, was employed by the company as the head of the personnel management service. However, contrary to the established requirements, the manager was not informed about the conclusion of this employment contract at the place of his previous service.
By the decision of the magistrate of judicial district No. 13 of the Leninsky judicial district of Sevastopol, a legal entity was brought to administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 50 thousand rubles for the offense committed.
