In Sevastopol, the exhibition «The Present Future» will present Russian technologies

As part of the educational intensive «Archipelago 2022», the exhibition «The Present Future» will be held in Sevastopol. From July 8 to 17 July, an exposition of Russian innovations and technologies will be located at several locations.

An exposition of companies participating in the National Technological Initiative and a pier for water innovations will be presented on the Sevastopol embankment, and a parking lot of Russian drones and electric vehicles will be deployed near SevGU, among which there will be a huge electric KAMAZ. The main sections of the exhibition will be devoted to the topics of development, human security and empowerment, space exploration and the future of energy, new forms of interaction with the environment, efficient and unmanned movement, useful games and new educational models. Among the presented projects, visitors will be able to see the developments of the Sevastopol State University , — reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

The Human section will feature a prototype of an active transfemoral prosthesis, cosmetic overlays for lower limb prostheses, the NeuroCHAT communication system, a Don’t Get Lost bracelet, and a mobile health station. SevSU will present a model of an air taxi — an unmanned, but if necessary, a manned aircraft of an aircraft type with vertical takeoff and landing. An air taxi called «3 by 200» can carry a payload of up to 200 kg, fly distances up to 200 km and cruising speed up to 200 km/h.

Section “Great Opportunities. Scales of Technology” will introduce visitors to the exhibition with a space reflector, a system of coastal environmental monitoring, engines of ultra-small spacecraft. It will also be possible to see an exhibit that is already working for the benefit of mankind — the Rope Walker flying robot, which can repair wires and lightning protection cables without human intervention, and carry out diagnostics of high-voltage power lines.

Among the exhibits of the Ecology Evolution section are biodegradable tableware, the Baikal eco-ship, field crops, as well as a natural absorbent of oil products based on peat moss.

In the “Movement” section, you will see models of unmanned helicopters, a remote-controlled uninhabited underwater vehicle, a mobile universal robotic station for VTOL UAVs, an all-weather rescue drone Seadrone ME, which withstands the conditions of the Arctic and is capable of four hours of continuous flight.

The exhibition will also feature such “Useful Games” as “Educational Solution” and “Educational Robotics”, a set of board games for learning 3D and 4D printing, computer games from Russian companies and games about the practices of the future Club Movement.

In addition, residents and guests of Sevastopol will be able to see design and art objects and get acquainted with a brief history of innovation in comics.
