In Sevastopol, the extension of the privatization period for plots was discussed with the chairmen of gardening associations

CrimeaPRESS reports:

On behalf of the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and. O. Deputy Governor Maxim Zhukalov and Director of the Department for Property and Land Relations Alexander Ksenofontov met with the chairmen of garden associations located on Cape Fiolent. Among them are Technolog, Blagodatny, Dubok, Hydraulic Engineering, Poisk, Soyuz, Zolotaya Balka, Lyra, Era-1, and Pervomayskoye.

About 30 issues were discussed at the meeting. One of the main ones is the possibility of extending the period of privatization of land plots. The law «On the specifics of the regulation of property and land relations in the city of Sevastopol» set the deadline for privatization until January 1, 2023. Despite this, members of gardening partnerships or service cooperatives have the right to register a land plot even now. To do this, they need to submit documents to the Department of Property and Land Relations.— reported in the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

The list of documents required for registration of a land plot can be found on the website of the department in section «Administrative regulations».

Members of garden partnerships, who have just become them, can register a land plot on the basis of the protocol of the general meeting on the distribution of land plots among the members of the partnership.

Such meetings with residents of horticultural associations are held regularly. The chairmen, activists and residents of gardening associations have many questions, including those related to the clarification of the norms of the law, the division of previously united land plots, and the assignment of numbering to land plots within the partnership. At each meeting, we try to answer all questions as much as possible. If the appeal requires substantive consideration, in such a situation, residents sign up for a personal appointment, — said I. O. Vice Governor Maxim Zhukalov.

The participants of the meeting addressed other issues as well. Among them, the registration of land under a well and a substation, the procedure for leasing urban land adjacent to a garden partnership for the arrangement of social facilities, the algorithm for transferring IDS to individual housing construction.

The participants received answers to many questions at the meeting, and on separate requests, representatives of gardening associations made an appointment with I. O. vice-governor and director of the relevant department.
