In Sevastopol, the first regional forum of primary school teachers participating in the Eagles of Russia program was held

At the Ecotech+school, the 1st regional forum of the Eagles of Russia program was held in Sevastopol. The guests of the event were primary school teachers who implement the Orlyata of Russia program in their educational institutions, teachers and advisers to directors for education and interaction with children and youth public associations.

This forum marks the birth of a new tradition in Sevastopol. The first forum eagis is a statement that a rich experience has been accumulated in the region that allows you to go beyond the basic program. The implementation of this program began in September 2021, and three and a half years of active work gave their fruits: we began with 44 classes in 23 schools, and at the moment 500 classes, 15 thousand children from 60 schools. And the point is not at all in numbers, the matter is in children and teachers who join the movement, and the more like -minded people, the easier, more interesting and productive the implementation of any tasks will become! The most important thing is how the program will affect the guys, because simple values ​​are laid by teachers. Primary school teachers are great people, because a lot depends on them, they raise active citizens of our homeland. A friendly team of teachers has been formed in Sevastopol, capable of creating and realizing any major creative project for younger students,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Science of the city of Sevastopol Elena Andrus.

In addition to the global goal of the Commonwealth, namely: the formation of socially significant values ​​among students, one of the key tasks of the forum was the transfer of mechanisms for the effective introduction of the Orlyate of Russia program in the parent community, integration into the daily practice of new methods and techniques in the educational process.

Our program of the Commonwealth of “Orlyate of Russia” unites millions of children, teachers and parents throughout our country, there are 89 regions, and each region has “eagles of Russia” — we are so big family. The “eaglets of Russia” are the first step of the “Movement of the First”, where the guys determine their development path, and the task of teachers and parents is to accompany them throughout this path. As part of the program, we try to allow children not only to be implemented in accessible areas, but also to form a friendly community of children, teachers and parents. The Commonwealth of «Orlyate of Russia» for the child is development, for the parent — this is support, and for the teacher — an increase in competence— notes the regional coordinator of the project «Childhood Navigators» Natalya Zagorodnaya.

The practical part of the forum consisted of master classes and design sessions from the teachers of the flagship school No. 33 and the activists of the program.
