In Sevastopol — the IX All -Russian Festival of Theater Arts for Children «Fairytale Kingdom»

From June 1 to June 7, 2025, our city will host the IX All -Russian Theater Art Festival for Children The Fairytale Kingdom. Over the years of its existence, the festival has demonstrated more than 120 performances from representatives of theatrical art from 55 cities of our homeland.

Since the announcement of the start of receiving applications in early April of this year, the organizing committee received 77 applications from theaters from various parts of Russia, which significantly exceeds the indicators of previous years.

There are groups from remote regions that strive to become participants in the festival and send their applications in the forefront. These are theaters from Ryazan and Omsk, to which the team from Perm joined this year — — The press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the festival, director of the Sevastopol Theater of Young Spectators Andrei Maimusov.

The first festival day will open the performance of the Sevastopol Theater of the Young Spectator “Theo — Theater Captain” in the production of Ivan Pachchi. In the evening of the same day, a special screening of the concert “Theater with the Orchestra” will be held, created together with the orchestra of the Russian Guard under the leadership of Valentin Taev.

The shows of the performances will be held on two scenes of the theater:

—Thesnaya scene at the address of Gagarin Avenue, 16 — daily at 11:00 and 18:30;

— The Ocean scene at 13 Pravda Street, daily at 15:00.

In total, during the formation of the program, it included 20 performances reflecting the variety of genres, styles and approaches in theatrical art for children.
