In Sevastopol, the last journey of the heroes who fell «in the direction of Kherson» was carried out

Today in Sevastopol they said goodbye to two warriors — heroes of the NWO — Maxim Volkov and Pavel Surnin.

Maxim Maksimovich Volkov was born in Sevastopol. Here he graduated from high school and the Sevastopol Trade and Economic College. He served in the military by conscription. After demobilization in 2016, he worked at various enterprises in Sevastopol and Obninsk. In the fall of last year, he decided to conclude a contract with the Ministry of Defense, he served in the 126th Separate Guards Coastal Defense Brigade. He was wounded in the Kherson direction, from the wounds received by the Guard, Private Volkov died in the hospital.

Pavel Valerievich Surnin was born in the village of Babino, Kirov Region. Graduated from school number 19 in Moscow. He lived all his life in Sevastopol, got married, started a family, and served here all his life. The commander of the regiment of radiation, chemical and biological protection Pavel Surnin died heroically in the Kherson direction— said the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Earlier, another fellow countryman was buried in Sevastopol — the hero of the NVO — the guards of private Maxim Titov.

Maxim Vladimirovich was born and raised in Sevastopol. He graduated from school number 49 in the Gagarinsky district, then in 2013 — the Maritime Academy. F.F. Ushakov. He worked on ships of the merchant fleet, between voyages — in the Museum Historical and Memorial Complex to the Heroic Defenders of Sevastopol «35th Coastal Battery». In September 2022, he was called up for mobilization, after training he served in the coastal defense brigade in the Kherson direction. Maxim Vladimirovich died near the village of Velikaya Kardashinka, Kherson region, courageously fulfilling the tasks of a special military operation— said Mikhail Razvozhaev.
