It was established that a 58-year-old resident of the city tried to replenish the account through an ATM, but the five thousandth bill was not accepted by the device. The 38-year-old passerby who decided to “help” drew attention to this. He convinced the man that he incorrectly puts the money, took the bill, quietly replaced it with the Bank of the Fun Bank and returned it back, promising that now everything would work out. After his departure, the victim discovered a substitution, but the fraudster was already hiding,-voiced in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

Employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky district promptly established and detained the suspect. As it turned out, the man already has a criminal record for fraud, stealing and extortion. A criminal case has been instituted against the defendant under Part 1 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code «Fraud». The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to two years.
